Great product from the highest quality of leather! The package is solid and shipping was ultra fast. Great expereince in all the way!

On the basis of 150 miles, this feels like it is going to be a good saddle. One minimal grumble - the amount of Proofide (tiny sachet) is really mean considering the instructions are to apply several times in the breaking in period. I'd have been quite happy to pay a little more for a tin to be included ( buying later involves a hefty postage charge)

What a great product both items were great! The customer service was top notch. My new seat is the best I have ever had and not to give away my age - I have been riding for over 40 years. Best seat and best new bar tape.

I purchased a B17 that I could not break in l have now purchased a B67 SOFTENED that I really like unfortunately the b17 leather was extremely hard and definitely harder than all saddles my fellow riders have although you said all your leather is the same, but no this B17 black short is terrible no amount of leather conditioner soften it and I still had to discard it after 2000ks, so a very expensive exercise for me

This is my second brooks soft leather B17 short saddle. The only reason I bought another seat, was to put it on my second bike, so I had the same seat for both bikes. I cant Say enough good things about this seat. Less break in time, soft comfy and once it’s broken in, you’re set! I live In the United States in a small rural town, purchased direct from Brooks, and it was at my house in two days! I also Decided to buy extra proof ride, it was at my house quicker and cheaper than if I had bought it from Amazon! I Love brooks England will never buy anywhere else.

The Brooks England service was excellent in my recent purchase. Their web site was very good and indicated that my honey B17 narrow carved saddle was in stock along with the honey 1.5 litre Challenge bag to go with it. I had a problem with the code for a 15% discount they sent me for my first on-line purchase not working. I contacted them on their site and they very quickly sent me another one which worked fine. Electronic communication as the order progressed was faultless. The items were sent to me by DHL Express - the level of detail to track the parcel was astonishing - and the delivery was very fast indeed. So, overall I am very pleased - I really like their leather saddles and getting this one to me was very quick indeed. They also gave me a 10 year guarantee when I registered the new saddle with them - again, easy to do.
