My experience with Brooks England was excellent. I ordered a brown B17 and a Brown Flyer. The saddles are beautiful. I built two e-bikes, and these leather saddles look incredible on the bikes. The ordering process was very easy and the shipping by DHL was fast. I would recommend Brooks England to anyone that wants a timeless bike seat that never goes out of style. I also ordered the brown leather grips for one of the bikes and I love them. For me, the saddles are works of art.

Customer service agent was kind. Gave me a coupon toward 30% of replacement part which was better than nothing. But for a high cost high quality project, replacement part should be free. I would be happy to pay shipping but wild to pay £20 after shipping to fix something that never should have broken for a quality product

I ordered a new saddle which arrived fairly quickly and seems good quality. The downside was I didn't get the 15% discount which is offered on a first order. The basket showed the full price so I emailed Brooks to ask how I would get the discount and was told it was too late. A welcome code had appeared on the screen but there was nothing to explain what that was. I found their website quite untidy and not very easy to navigate so if you are ordering BE CAREFUL in case the 15% discount is something that is offered without actually giving it.

Got two saddles and some bags purely for looks and hoping they’d do the job. They haven’t let me down once. Look much better in the flesh than the pics and all my purchases are more comfortable and useful than what they’ve replaced. Instantaneous delivery too - impressive coz I’m on the West Coast of Ireland. Wanna buy more bikes now to justify buying more saddles.
