Ordered bar tape. I received it and it was destroyed. I’ve contacted them twice about a return/refund with no response. Their return system through their website doesn’t work.

I was very pleased with both rapid shipping and the identical quality of the Brooks Standard Professional saddle, as was originally equipped on my Dad's 1972 Peugeot PX10. Although the original Brooks saddle served him for life over more than 40 years of frequent riding, the well softened saddle was no longer able to take more aggressive riding. With the new saddle and memories of him, I'll keep enjoying many more years of the cycling sport he introduced to me. David Sims

Brooks always does a great job with quality, function, and value for the consumer. I bought spare rivets but they were the wrong size. The listing says for all brooks saddles but was wrong. They don’t fit the c13.

Really pleased with the saddle very comfortable from first ride no longer need padded under shorts. I was some what confused by the fact that a supposedly English made saddle was dispatched from Italy?

Was easy enough to return item when it was not quite as expected. For an item that is not touted as artisan, top of the line, and very expensive, I would have kept it. however, upon receipt there was one rivet not in the right spot and slightly sticking out and the leather stretched over was asymmetric. This would have just annoyed me for an item that I would have wanted to be perfect for this price point and for an item that is buy it for life. Have sent it back just recently, so am not sure what will happen next, but so far has been easy enough.
