I wasn’t sure which Brooks saddle was right for me. The website had a great tool that made it easy to choose the best one. Buying process was easy, delivery was very fast and packaging was befitting of the brand. Beautiful leather and well on the way to be broken in! Five stars!

Managed to shave precious grams from my Brooks cambium C17 by swapping out the rails for the tubular steel ones - arrived in good time and I think all the duties and faff with that were handled...

Erhalt des Sattels C19 schon am zweiten Tag nach der Bestellung. Top Sattel, passt absolut für mich. Habe 2 Räder mit diesem Sattel.

I have known that I can purchase a Brooks saddle at many different retailers, but I chose to purchase directly from the manufacturer to ensure that they are capitalizing fully on their product. Shipping (from Europe!) to the US was fast and FREE (unheard of, man!), and my saddle is amazing. Really, 10/10 service and a 12/10 product.

Best saddle you can buy. Have 3 of them. Came from Italy and only took 3 days. Not sure how that happened.

I retuned items within 1 day of receiving them and I’ve contacted support regarding the return but I’ve heard nothing from them even though I reached out to customer support. Frustrating.

Meine Kauferfahrung war sehr schlecht. Ich frage mich worauf Brooks so stolz ist? Die Sättel sind sicher gut, aber der Kundenservice ist miserabel falls mal etwas kaputt geht. Mir war es nicht möglich für meinen Titanium M17 ein passendes "Tension Pin Assembly " und "Tension Shackle " zu bestellen, weil sie in der Ersatzteilliste nicht verfügbar sind. Abgesehen davon ist mir vollkommen unverständlich, das bei einem Sattel dieser Preisklasse das verwendete Titan-Material einfach nach 3Jahrten zerbrechen kann. So etwas ist mir bei einem billigen Sattel für 29,95 noch nicht passiert. Bei eine Anfrage zu diesem Problem wurde nur eine maschinell erzeugte Standardantwort gesendet, die mir nicht weiterhalf. Wer sitzt auf euren Sätteln Menschen oder Maschinen? Warum verkompliziert ihr die Ersatzteilbestellung so unnötig?
