Very good customer support. The parcel was shipped very quickly, the packaging was beautiful, and the product was exactly as I expected. A very pleasant experience.

The shopping experience was good. I was surprised to note that the cover for the rain came from a company named Royal Saddle and not Brooks. The invoice was very detailed. The saddle itself feels a bit row. The front part is not fixed. It can be moved to a different position manually and there is a bump in the leather at the level of the screw.

The fact that Brooks England are an Italian own brand now does not mean that the staff”s attitude is less gentleman like. Great service, awesome products!

The shopping experience was not good. I tried to reach out the customer service department by email twice no answer! I cannot activate my guarantee and I need help asap

Superb, delivery updates were slow, but still arrived with no issues. I think your packaging is far too heavy! The cardboard attached to the saddle seems excessive. The saddle is amazing and love how it feels.

My experience with Brooks was great! I received exactly what I ordered promptly and in perfect condition. I have not had a chance to use it yet.

Order & Delivery was good. However, it is very annoying that the saddle did not come with a rain cover as did my previous 3 titanium B17 saddles! The rain cover should be a given at this price point (300 Euro) and the importance of keeping saddle dry.

We love brooks product and the story behind. We just bought two bicycles equiped with brooks equipments, saddles, grips and bar tapes, with wonderful qualities, so we bought small lights to perfect the bikes, and we love it !
