Order process was straight forward, items arrived within a couple of days well packed. Purchased saddle and handlebar bags which are excellent quality, have done a short ride with the fully packed and appeared very solid and do not move around whilst riding. Excellent products and services.

I’ve loved Brooks England since the day I discovered their products. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent. Ordering online has always been problem-free, with fast processing and shipping all the way to Singapore.

Lack of feedback. - I placed an order on March 16. - On March 19, still having to shipment notification, I registered on the Brooks site and left a request on their contact form. Got no response. - On March 20 I found their email in their Facebook group and also contact email of their owner, Selle Royal Group. Wrote to both. - Finally on March 21 I got an email and the support person stated that they didn't receive my payment. He made me look into my bank and send him a confirmation that the payment was actually sent. Then he "sorry can not do anything more" passed my request to their financial department. - And in the end on March 24 I got another email from him where he explained that the true reason was one of the items of my order was not in stock and they were waiting for it. Not so much for the promise of shipping in 1 - 3 working days as they state on their site. And definitely not a good communication when even support persons are not able to see the status of the order in their system.

My experience shopping with Brooks was great- Things arrived incredibly fast, considering I'm in the states, and because it's Brooks, I knew the product would be high-quality. Loving my new Bar tape already!

My recent purchase of a Brooks Blue Lug saddle in dark tan was superb. I found the website easy to find the saddle I wanted and checkout was straight forward. Shipping was and always is very quick to Canada, four days later and I received the saddle and bag. This recent purchase is my 11th Brooks saddle, mostly limited edition saddles, and I suspect more of these fine products will end up coming my way in the future. Thank you Brooks England for continuing to produce such fine traditional products for cyclists.

Site is very easy to navigate and to find products

Bei meinem Sattel B17 war die Spannschraube gebrochen. Die Spannschraube für den B17 war nicht lieferbar. Weil ich davon ausging, dass die von mir nun bestellte Schaube nur 6 mm länger ist, habe ich diese dann bestellt. Allerdings war bei dieser Schraube aber das Gewinde nicht weit genug geschnitten, um sie in die Spannvorrichtung des Sattels einzuführen. Ich habe dann selber versucht die Schraube anzupassen, ist mir leider nicht gelungen. Die neue Schraube ist jetzt nicht mehr brauchbar. Schade, ich habe den B17 ca. 40000 km gefahren, keine Probleme war immer sehr zufrieden. Da ich die passende Schraube nicht bestellen kann, werde ich auf einen Sattel eines anderen Herstellers umsteigen. Der Kauf der falschen Schraube verlief problemlos, sehr schnelle Lieferung.

I've been buying bits and pieces from Brooks for over a decade. The shopping experience is always the same. The website is clear and easy to navigate; the goods are immaculately presented and delivery is always prompt. It's the little details I like the most though. The products are always well packaged and then put into a jute bag before being boxed up. It's the attention to detail like that, that sets Brooks apart from other brands in the Selle Royal stable.
