Website was easy to navigate, and was looking for large leather backpack. Had to week until one was in stock then ordered. Shipped from Italy to Seattle USA in less time than ordering domestic. Bag is gorgeous and spacious. Easy to adjust. Can tell this will last a long time. Great for urban hoofing too.

Very quick delivery and friedly communication with service team but the size given in the description was incorrect. Therefore the bag turned out not to be a fit for the intended purpose.

I ordered a set of replacement handle bar grips and two left hand grips arrived. I messaged them to ask their advice on how to rectify the situation and have has absolutely no response at all.

As a lifelong (40 years) 'user' of Brooks leather saddles, I've recently purchased 4 different (non B17) models for different bikes in my collection. I haven't taken to the Softened Flyer but the B72 is great on my e-cargo. The Standard Team Pro is good above a Cane Creek Thudbuster on the e-tourer and a Short Team Pro (replacing a Specialized 3D printed) works above a Kinect XR seat post on my e-gravel bike. For the long term, I'm a fan of 'leather' over 'man-made' materials for my saddles. I have other bikes with other prestigious makers saddles, non are as comfortable as a 'broken-in' Brooks.

I bought the B17 Special. It’s a beautifully sculpted piece of hide, with gorgeous copper work. It looks great on my vintage Peugeot hybrid, and only 40 miles in it’s beginning to adapt to my bones. The beauty of the saddle alone inspires me to get out and roam on the bike.

Very good customer support. The parcel was shipped very quickly, the packaging was beautiful, and the product was exactly as I expected. A very pleasant experience.

The shopping experience was good. I was surprised to note that the cover for the rain came from a company named Royal Saddle and not Brooks. The invoice was very detailed. The saddle itself feels a bit row. The front part is not fixed. It can be moved to a different position manually and there is a bump in the leather at the level of the screw.

The fact that Brooks England are an Italian own brand now does not mean that the staff”s attitude is less gentleman like. Great service, awesome products!
