I've been unable to contact Brooks regarding my saddle that came damaged. They've totally gone ghost on me and won't respond to the multiple inquiries that I've sent out. I do not recommend buying these saddles from their online store.

It’s quite pleasant and easy since I have an account and the shipping has been prompt. However, I do regret to inform you that I have been unsatisfied with the quality of the rails for the all weather cambium saddle as I have had to replace at least 4-5 within the past year on the 5 bikes that I currently run them on.

The items shipped quickly, was packaged nicely and arrived in good condition. However without even taking it out of the box, I realized I purchased the wrong one. I tried to initiate an exchange/return on the website, which takes you directly to the EU site. The EU site doesn't recognize my US store order number (that shipped from Italy). I contacted customer service and haven't received a reply in 6 days.

Wow, I got the best-looking seat ever. I think you get the best leather if you buy directly from the producer. That's not scientifically proven, but you also get the 10 year warranty. I believe other sellers don't give you the full warranty.

Good shopping experience. The item that I wanted was not in stock when I first tried to purchase. I requested notification and Brooks sent me an email when it was in stock. I ordered and received with no difficulty.

It is a beautiful saddle to match my bicycle paint and I look amazing, I just wish it would be more softer or at least haded sort kind of suspension coil,
