I was positively surprised when I learned that I could get spare parts for my Brooks saddle and didn't need to buy a completely new one just because the rail broke. Delivery was also super fast! Highly recommended! 😊

Having recently purchased a new bike which I love , I wasn’t comfy on it after couple of hours . I looked into Brooks and was looking at all options . I was nearly ordering a leather one when I saw the ad for The Cambium ( rubber saddle) . No settling in time , ready from new. Unfortunately it was unavailable but I noted my interest for when it would be . Got email 2days later saying they now had it and ordered. It arrived a few days later having had emails from Brooks informing at every stage. From first day using it I was delighted that at last I’d found a comfortable saddle , the C17 carved ! Love it
