I first came across the product through another customer review. And since I already use a Brooks saddle, it made sense to order something in the same finish/color. So that was positive, and the purchase process/delivery was quick and problem-free as well. However, I think the product needs to be improved. The ends cannot be secured properly. This causes them to roll inwards while riding. Only the anti-slip side, under the leather, prevents the trouser clip from falling off completely. Having to get off every two minutes to secure the product is a bit annoying, especially on short journeys.

The shopping experience was good. I was able to find what I was looking for. I had another saddle a cheapie. The springs was bad, but it was a model like yours the springs you make are excellent, but in the meanwhile, I bought another Brooks saddle a B 67. I’m just missing the rails to put it on, the mounting bracket to put it on that one coming from the bike shop I’m excited to start using it

Leider war mir nicht von Anfang an klar das ich zusätzlich zum Sattel B190 noch zwingend die Distanzstücke benötige aber gut, nach der Lieferung stellte ich fest das der Schlüssel zum spannen des Sattels nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten ist. Beim Zusammenbauen passte der Sattel nicht in die Führungsschiene meiner Sattelaufnahme was sehr ärgerlich ist mit einem Trick konnte ich aber die Schienen entsprechend spannen damit sie in die Führung passen. Ich wollte den Sattel zurückschicken was nicht möglich war obwohl ich ihn direkt bei Brooks auf der Internetseite bestellt hatte kam immer der Hinweis das ich mich an den Verkäufer wenden soll? Gut das es nicht geklappt hat, war nicht so einfach aber jetzt ist es fertig montiert und ich genieße meinen neuen Sattel B190 er ist wunderbar und sieht auch sehr gut aus auf meinem Kalkhoff Image 5 B Advance.

Saddle is lovely, everything good. I was a bit upset that as soon as I had purchased, I had a 15% discount flash up! Also, the saddle seems quite a bit cheaper everywhere else than direct from Brooks.

The c17 carved is the most comfortable saddle I’ve ever used, it’s truly amazing what a good saddle can feel like. I bought one for all of my bikes.

The web site has good specs. If you read all the information. When I was just about to call I found what I was looking for. I ride Brooks saddles 30 yrs ago, racing. I found the B68 to meet my current riding style for a new bicycle I’ve ordered. The shop will install it at set up Thank you Rex
