shopping experience was fine. The product (B17 Saddle) is not good, especially the tension bolt. Have two B17s. One for about 20yrs, another one for only 4yrs. Tension bolt broke, which is extremely difficult to replace. I would NEVER buy another Brooks saddle, not worth the trouble.

Bought some rivets for my new Cambium saddle. 4 out of 5 of them won't undo - they just turn. I submitted a customer request form but a week later no response other then an auto reply. Poor product design. Poor customer service. It's a shame.

This is my second time purchasing a backpack from Brooks. I love it just as much as my old one. I had it for 10 years. I was happy I got this new one on sale. The only thing I wish it had was a side pocket for my water bottle. Otherwise I love the design, and the back pocket for easy access. Great for all activities from biking, to errands, to a gym bag, and travel. I love the fit as well. I am a customer for life.

On the basis of 150 miles, this feels like it is going to be a good saddle. One minimal grumble - the amount of Proofide (tiny sachet) is really mean considering the instructions are to apply several times in the breaking in period. I'd have been quite happy to pay a little more for a tin to be included ( buying later involves a hefty postage charge)

What a great product both items were great! The customer service was top notch. My new seat is the best I have ever had and not to give away my age - I have been riding for over 40 years. Best seat and best new bar tape.
