It was grand but no more. The product is fantastic. My leather saddle didn’t have the adjusting spanner so bought a care kit for it but the metal polish lid wasn’t attached properly and had leaked out inside the box. I cleaned it up and washed the cloths so all is fine now.

Customer service was fantastic. With just a simple set of photos, they were able to advise me on the correct replacement part. Purchasing and receiving the replacement part was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Unable to find what I needed in the US, so I ordered direct. Price was comparable, shipping reasonable and fast - and as always, quality is excellent.

I just needed the correct tensioner bolt to replace the original that broke after more than 25 years of use. The ordering process was easy to navigate and select the correct bolt. Shopping was quicker than anticipated. Totally satisfied!

Good. The parts for the saddle should not be an International order. The shipping costs were too high for a small part.

Very clear description's...for decades I have enjoyed Brooks products.. Currently breaking in a B-17 Cut out.. Also have the Leather mud flaps.. Classic.. just mounted the red tail light.. Love it with the lighting\stage options..What was absolutely incredible the very short shipping time. Delivered from Europe to My home in Maryland..I believe it was four days from order placement to delivery..incredible.. Thank you very much will shopping again

Can’t get any better. The c17 saddles are beautiful and get better with every ride. The Plump Grips are in a league of their own. Very happy w/ their products.
