Absolut schlechter Kundenservice! Ich möchte meine Bestellung zurücksenden, dies funktioniert aber auf der Webseite nicht. Anstatt mir zu helfen und mir ein retour Etikett zukommen zu lassen, wird nicht auf meine Nachrichten eingegangen oder geantwortet. Jetzt habe ich ein Artikel für 120€ zuhause liegen den ich überhaupt nicht haben möchte. !!!

Brooks saddles aren’t cheap, but they are for life. I now own several leather versions which take time and nurturing before they are “just right” But the Cambium saddles are comfortable straight out of the box. Fit and forget for your daily ride through the Scottish winter, and keep your leather Brooks for those special rides when the sun shines :)

Good. When there was a missing my order, the support team gave me a refund with little hassle. Ordering was easy.

Very impressed with the service from initial ordering through to receiving my lovely new Brooks item. I was updated and kept informed during this process and the delivery only took 2 days from Italy to me. Amazing! I very much look forward to using it. This is not the first Brooks product that I have bought and it won’t be the last. I can certainly recommend their products to others. Dave B.

I picked the saddle I thought would suit me best. The ordering process was easy. I was impressed with the order tracking and how fast it got here! I've wanted a Brooks Saddle for a long time so I finally pulled the trigger! I can't say anything bad about the experience so far!
