The buying process was easy and straight forward. I was able to pick up a C17 Carved cambium saddle and have enjoyed it so far. I've ordered a B17 Carved Short for another of my bikes where I have less room between the seat and the cockpit. Very satisfied with the process so far.

It didn't make sense to buy it; it was moving around and never stayed still. I do not recommend buying it.

Quick to ship so I could press my nose to that sweet leather. BUTTer soft and beautiful, my rusty bike rides even better now.

Website shop is fine and delivery was grat. One point I would like to have: If I buy one ore more items and teh purchase process is finished, it would be nice if I can re-open the shipment (to save shipment costs) with some more items I found after the purchase for - let's say - the next 4 hours or before you actually started the physical process.

Habe meine Artikel bestellt und schon am darauffolgenden Tag alles erhalten. Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt!!! Schneller kann man nicht liefern. Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Die bestellten Rucksäcke sind in hervorragender Qualität. Ich kann die Firma Brooks England nur loben. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Manfred Pupke

It was grand but no more. The product is fantastic. My leather saddle didn’t have the adjusting spanner so bought a care kit for it but the metal polish lid wasn’t attached properly and had leaked out inside the box. I cleaned it up and washed the cloths so all is fine now.

Customer service was fantastic. With just a simple set of photos, they were able to advise me on the correct replacement part. Purchasing and receiving the replacement part was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Unable to find what I needed in the US, so I ordered direct. Price was comparable, shipping reasonable and fast - and as always, quality is excellent.

I just needed the correct tensioner bolt to replace the original that broke after more than 25 years of use. The ordering process was easy to navigate and select the correct bolt. Shopping was quicker than anticipated. Totally satisfied!
