Bestellung wurde schnell abgewickelt, aber die Zustellung mit UPS verursachte (wie so oft) Probleme. Es gab "angeblich" mehrere Zustellversuche, von denen ich aber nie etwas bemerkt habe, obwohl ich immer daheim war. Das Paket wurde schon fast zurückgeschickt. Ich musste selbst aktiv werden, damit die Zustellung doch noch geklappt hat. Es wäre schön, wenn man sich einen anderen Zusteller aussuchen könnte.

Call Me Wine Good / UPS hopeless The range, the website and the pricing are very all good. I hope to use CallMeWine again. Ordering was simple. Note that the bottle prices will have taxes/duties added. The problem was with delivery where UPS did their best to demonstrate their complete ambivalence to a good customer experience. After expecting the wine on Monday, 11 bottles arrived safely on Friday , one was broken. UPS took three aborted delivery attempts and I endured a tortuous but finally successful process of finding a way to speak with UPS to resolve the issue.

Als Neukunde ist man bei Onlinebestellungen erstmals etwas unsicher, da die Erfahrungswerte fehlen. Noch mehr verunsichert wurde ich durch die Protokollierung der Sendungsverfolgung des Zulieferunternehmens UPS, dem zur Folge unkontrollierbare Ereignisse die Zustellung verzögerten. Erst nach einer Woche ohne weitere Kommentare in der Sendungsverfolgung wurde die bestellte Ware geliefert. Wünschenswert wäre eine Erklärung oder Begründung der Lieferverzögerung. Die bestellte Ware wurde dann doch unbeschädigt und in einwandfreiem Zustand geliefert.

Communication from Callmewine was exmplary throughout the purchase and during delivery. They have some fantastic Italian wines which are impossible to find in the UK. Highly recommended!

First the positives. The website was easy to use, the range of Italian wines was outstanding and the packaging and delivery of the wine was excellent. Also the refund came through quickly. On the negative side it was frustrating to find out that having completed the order two wines were unavailable. The website should be more up to date with regards to stock levels. It was also frustrating to then not have the opportunity to re-order to make my delivery back up to 12 wines.

Prices look great and delivery to the UK stated 4-5 days. Delivery took 10 days and UPS were useless. I had various emails stating when delivery will be made only for that to turm out to be untrue. So you can rearrange your day only for the dleivery not to come. The last email said will be delivered end of day only for it to turn up first thing in the morning. You can't actually track when exactly the parcel will come(using their app and tracking number)-useless. The additional customs costs add to overall experience-which is awful and won't be using again.

Great wine, delivered safely by UPS. The last invoice I received suggested I had overpaid by £9.43 and I look forward to receiving this (otherwise I would have given you a 5)
