I must say, I was extremely positively surprised – not only by the quality but also by the incredibly fast processing of my MDM order. It almost felt like the delivery arrived at my door the moment I placed the order! My utmost respect to the team for the incredibly fast delivery and execution. Many shops take longer even for standard items, and this was a customized MDM order! On a personal note: I did have to get the pants adjusted afterward, as they turned out to be a bit too slim for me. But that’s not Mariani’s fault – I think I may not have measured correctly or made myself seem a bit slimmer than I actually am! :-) One small criticism, however, concerns the shipping with FedEx. In my opinion, this courier service is not ideal for private customers. If you’re not home when the package arrives, it becomes quite difficult to pick it up, as there are no nearby FedEx pickup locations in Vienna. And FedEx keeps attempting redelivery, but if you’re not home – because you’re working – the package just goes in circles. Not very customer-friendly. It would be great to have the option to choose other delivery services. I’d even be willing to pay a bit extra for this service to avoid the hassle and frustration.

Premier achat chez Claudio Mariani, la confection et les matières sont vraiment très belles et de qualité. La matière est à mon sens plus adaptée aux beaux jours qu'à l'été pour ce pantalon. Il ne sera pas le dernier ;)
