This was my first time making a purchase. I actually wanted a specific color handbag and reached out to the team through an email. Her name is Caterina and she instantly replied and help me get that last piece. I also had a few questions and they were flawlessly answered. I absolutely loved it. Can't wait for my bag!!!!!!!

Esperienza perfetta, a cominciare dalla precisione dei dettagli di pagamento/spedizione nelle mail prima di ricevere il prodotto. Imballaggio del pacco perfetto e tote bag all’interno inaspettata. Sicuramente il mio primo ma non ultimo acquisto da Cuoieria Fiorentina!

My shopping experience with a lovely representative from Cuoieriafiorentina was excellent! I live on the island of Bermuda and needed to purchase a birthday present for a girlfriend. I needed help finding the right size purse for travel along with a wallet that fit well in the purse and the right color. I used WhatsApp to communicate with the representative from Cuoieriafiorentina and they were extremely helpful and helped guide me to perfect choices. They also helped with overseas shipping and customs paperwork. I always got an immediate response to my questions through WhatsApp. Now it's time for a purchase for myself! I'll be back on WhatsApp with my friend from Cuoieriafiorentina for recommendations for a new purse for me. Love the purse, wallet and service! They are all perfectly lovely.

Cuoieria Fiorentina è sempre una garanzia. Ho una borsa di questo brand da anni, ed è ancora perfetta, pur usandola ogni giorno. Per questo ne ho riacquistata un'altra che so che durerà nel tempo! Le altre che possiedo, pur essendo di brand molto conosciuti, si sono rovinate pur avendole conservate meticolosamente e avendole usate solo in poche occasioni. Borse bellissime, di qualità eccellente, spedizione veloce e cura per il packaging...cosa si può volere di più
