Ho molto apprezzato la facilità di contatto telefonico, le risposte precise e pertinenti. Non solo, ma anche la loro disponibilità e cortesia nel predisporre una confezione regalo ben fatta. Infine, la consegna è stata velocissima (ordine inviato alle h. 18.00 di giovedì - pacco consegnato il sabato mattina) pur essendo a pochi giorni dal Natale. Esperienza molto positiva!

E' la prima volta che effetto un acquisto on line di articoli in pelle, visto la mia diffidenza nell'acquistare articoli senza averli visti, pur avendo letto recensioni positive riguardanti l'azienda. Devo invece dire di essere stata piacevolmente sorpresa, e anche molto soddisfatta, nel constatare che gli articoli sono di ottima fattura e di qualità ottima. Se deciderò di acquistare altri articoli in pelle sicuramente mi rivolgerò a questa azienda per la qualità e la professionalità.
