The online experience was fine. I had a call from FedEx because the import paperwork was incomplete (description of items purchased was inadequate and type of leather not specified) Once I supplied the information, shipping process could proceed.

I visited your store on my visit to Siena in November, 2025 and didn't buy the fringe purse I looked at while I was there. I started to receive your emails after I returned home, and then I wished I had purchased it. So, I communicated with Caterina over a period of weeks, and she answered my questions and concerns regarding purchasing, customs and tariffs. She sent me a list of U.S. stores that carry your leather goods, and I contacted each one, but eventually purchased the purse directly from your company. I haven't used the bag yet, but I love it, and the leather feels wonderful. Thank you, Caterina and the staff at Cuoieria Fiorentina.

I saw a purse from the Mimi collection while in Rome, I chastised myself for not buying it when I got home to San Francisco. I had a card and photo from visiting the shop and went online. The experience was easy, fast, and card protected. The purse I wish I had purchased arrived from Italy to CA so quickly. I’m delighted to cherish memories of Rome with such a quality Italian clutch bag in an amazing blue hue. Kudos.
