I was disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that there would be a substantial tariff fee on the purchased items. I would not have ordered the items if I had known that up front. I was unaware that I had to pay the tariff as the buyer. There should be a highlighted disclosure on your site.

Very easy to place an order and fast shipping. However, I am disappointed in the communication with customer service regarding my concerns that the wallet I ordered is not as shown on the website/advertised, as I have stopped hearing back from them.

Good shopping experience although the US customs taxes were not factored in. This affected the final price on my end, so that's something to consider.

The order was promptly filled and delivered on time as promised. I was impressed of how well I was kept informed during the entire delivery as I live in the United States and the item was shipped from Italy. I would not hesitate to order from them again!

Il prodotto è di ottima qualità; come mi aspettavo. È arrivato velocemente. Le 4 stelle sono per il pacco arrivato ammaccato e strappato. Ma la colpa è del vettore.

Absolutely love the beautiful key holder (Mimi in Taupe). I am using it already. It’s stunning and feels good to the touch. Shipping was fast. I will definitely order from this company again. I did have to pay some duties (I’m in the US) when it arrived but I was expecting that so no problem.I

Buon giorno, oramai ho acquistato diverse borse presso Cuoieria Fiorentina, questo perchè sono un po' difficile quando si tratta di borse e devo dire che le borse di Cuoieria mi hanno sempre soddisfatta, sia come design, materiali e cura dei particolari.
