Overall, everything was good—the purchasing process, delivery, and everything else. The only issue was that I was advised that the sizes run large, so I chose one size smaller. Unfortunately, they turned out to be too small for me.

Ordering from the website was a bit wonky. It was hard to navigate and the international shipping fields took a minute to understand. I ordered a pair of shoes that looked great but were just a little too tight. I returned them and the process was much easier. My payment was refunded in a timely manner. I feel confident to order a different style.

Good experience about Diadora purchase process - fast and clear responses. Was a little bit of delivery issues (strange DHL service), but at all is everything good.
