The return/exchange policy is confusing and difficult. I tried to exchange some socks because they run really big and was only able to return, but did not receive a full refund. Much as my daughter likes the shoes, not sure we will shop here again.

L'acquisto è stato facile, come tutte le volte che ho ordinato su Internet. Avevo già il modello (Passo) che ho ordinato. Tuttavia, questa volta uno dei due è molto stretto. Devo restituire un paio di scarpe.

Unproblematischer Einkauf und Bezahlung. Rückversand scheint einfach. Das dieser kostenpflichtig ist, finde ich ok. Kosten sind fair und es wird vor der Bestellung deutlich kommuniziert.

I am a huge fan of Diadora shoes—the quality and style are excellent for the price point. However, the high shipping costs are a bit of a drawback. I’d love to see more promotions regarding shipping or more frequent discounts to help offset those extra fees. Overall, a great product that would be perfect with better shipping options.
