I’ve been a big fan of Diadora all my life as it’s rarely seen in Canada. I ordered track suits for myself and my coaching staff. The sizes are way off and I can not wear the pants unless I gain 50lbs. The jacket is a nice fit. I didn’t like how I was able to order 5 suits online but was charged twice for shipping and handling, items were packaged and shipped on different days, then charged twice to clear customs. I ended up spending more than I budgeted because of that. I emailed customer service but got no reply.

I’ve never worn shoes this comfortable before. I’ve been wearing nothing but Adidas ultraboost for years and didn’t realize midsole tech has gotten this amazing. The atomo v7000 is so much better than anything I’ve ever worn. I wear an us mens 11 in ultraboost and a us mens 11 in the atomo v7000

I’m satisfied with the quality of the product. However the shopping experience was unsatisfactory: I ordered size L and they sent me XL. I sent an email that was never answered, and only when I started the return process they replied the sizes are European and therefore they were correct. How was I supposed to know that? Bottom line, I can return the items, but I can’t exchange them for the size I want. Poor customer service overall.

It was disappointing that the colour of the actual product differed from the photograph of the product in the online shop. It was disappointing that an email question about the colour of the product was not answered.
