I think Diadora's communication is it's biggest issue. I called customer service over the phone and I had a representative tell me they could not even help with my online order without even looking it up. The customer service through email was better but confusing sometimes. I had got 3 emails about the same return with different responses. One said my return could not be refunded, one said my return was being refunded, and another said they were still waiting on my return. Also, I understand Diadora uses reference numbers but they should also include the order number in their email. Thankfully, Diadora has fixed every issue so far.

Ho scelto Diadora perché è un marchio storico con il quale sono cresciuto, l’ho scelta perché in quel simbolo ci sono tanti ricordi delle mie prime partite a pallone e perché nel corso degli anni nella qualità e nello stile della scarpa ho spesso ritrovato il piacere di quei tempi. La bellezza non è solo una questione di forma o di fascino quanto di contenuti e sostanza che solo il rispetto di tradizione e storia riescono a garantire attraverso diverse generazioni, proprio come una eredità della qualità . Per questo ho scelto Diadora Heritage.

Nu voor de 2 de keer diadora heritages gekocht in Italië. Prachtige sneakers die heerlijk zitten. Inmiddels nu 5 paar in bezit . De levertijd vanuit Italië naar Nederland is echt super snel. Prachtige kwaliteit sneakers, voor mij geen ander merk meer.

Online items when receive do not match. Than it’s another useless process of getting approved to send item back will not be ordering from this company again
