La cosa più complicata è scegliere i colori, per via dell’imbarazzo della scelta. Per il resto il sito e fatto bene, la consegna è stata eccellente ed il prodotto andava bene. Taglia precisa e le scarpe calzavano come dovevano. C’è da dire che acquisto queste scarpe da diversi anni per cui non mi aspettavo sorprese. Apprezzo particolarmente che sono prodotte in Italia e di ottima qualità.

il sito è ben fatto, la procedura per gli acquisti è semplice ed intuitiva, inoltre i prodotti sono arrivati nei tempi previsti con un ottimp imballo.

Diadora shoes are a very good product. However getting customer support is among the worst in the industry. Questions go unanswered and when they are answered, they are incomplete and don't relate to the question being asked. I dread purchasing on line due to the website being inferior to other shoe manufacturers.

1. The upper of the shoes is raised. 2. The shoelaces are too thick/wide, hard to pull from the shoes' hole. 3. There are black stains on the shoes.

Mit den Produkten von Diadora bin ich sehr zufrieden. Sowohl die Qualität als auch die Nachhaltigkeit ist ein starkes Plus der Marke. Ob es Schuhe sind oder Kleidungsstücke, ich fühle mich darin wohl! Hinzu kommt dazu, dass Diadora ein modischer Hingucker ist!

The worst part was trying to reach someone in Customer Service to answer some questions. They didn’t answer two of my emails and then when my product arrived, and it was damaged on one shoe and large on the other, they didn’t reply to my request I couldn’t reach them by phone so I ended up sending the product back Request requesting for the shipping back to be credited back to me however, all I’m getting is an automated response from someone to take a picture of a package that has been sent So I provided them with the tracking number and the order number so they could understand it was in transit, but they still couldn’t understand because it sounds like a robot is just responding. So I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the package arrives in a timely manner I have tracking I put a note in the package and hopefully someone will read the note. Look at the shoe and then say oh yes, it is dented on the right shoe and oh yes, one size is bigger than the other. Oh yes, these were made in Vietnam not Italy like it said on the website. 🤣🤣🤣
