The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star is because it took almost a week to get my shoes...which in today's shipping landscape is usually in 2-3 days.

Ovviamente la qualità del prodotto, la velocità, la precisione nella consegna e la facilità nel fare un reso. Sono stata molto contenta anche del servizio clienti che ha risposto in breve tempo al mio quesito. Ottima anche la velocità nel svolgere la pratica reso e successivo riaccredito. Consiglio Diadora oltre che i prodotti anche per la serietà del servizio shop online.

Not very good. I ordered a pair of shoes and immediately wanted to cancel it to order a different pair of Diadora shoes. I called and nobody answered and so I sent an email immediately. I then called Diadora customer service the following day. Despite the fact that the shoes had not shipped, the customer service agent told me that emails are not immediately reviewed and that there was no way to cancel the order. I received the order and tried to refuse it to return to sender but the UPS person dropped it on my front step. I took the box to return to sender with UPS and the box was returned to my address. I now have to open the box and pay $7 dollars to return a box that should’ve been canceled with plenty of time.

I like so much Diadora Heritage shoes. Especially made in Italy. Whenever I purchase, I was so satisfied. Sometimes I want to order specially in case there is no my size.
