Shipping charges seemed kind of high, and it took longer than expected for my cleats to arrive.

Whist I do not have any issues with the quality of products purchased. I had a highly disappointing experience shopping on Diadora's online store from NZ. After a previous inventory failure, your team gave me a written promise on 13 May that a product cancellation wouldn't repeat itself. Relying on that promise I placed another order as the same item was showing available on your website. While other items in my order proceeded, the exact same item was cancelled again without communication. I always buy more than one item to defray shipping costs. Frontline customer care is ignoring the issue, even giving the same written promise on June 1.

This was my first experience with Diadora, and I’m impressed. The quality and comfort are excellent, and the Italian design and craftsmanship really shine through. A great-looking shoe that’s easy to wear every day.

Buying from Australia I was a little worried about how long the items would take to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took a few days and they were well packaged. Excellent experience!

Super Webshop, wunderschöne (Retro-)Turnschuhe in genialen Farbkombinationen, habe sie gleich zwei Ausführungen gekauft, in sehr guter Qualität. Ich bin super glücklich mit ihnen und nun ein echter diadora-Fan!!!

The shoes are excellent and so supportive. They are also very cushy for this 47 year runner. The website is very intuitive while shopping. Everything is logical and easy to navigate.
