My initial order experience with Diadora was unfortunately a letdown due to order cancelations. However, their outstanding customer service completely turned things around with my latest purchase. They handled my previous issue promptly, and my new track pants arrived fast and in perfect condition. The quality and comfort are excellent. Diadora has proved they really do care about their customers, and they have officially earned back my trust.

Great products, exceptional quality and easy (too easy) to use website. I’ve been running (training & racing) in Diadora’s for 3-years. Excellent fit, the right balance of comfort and lightweight. And, as you’d expect from Italian design, they look great. I’ve raced in 5k, 10k and half-marathons, as well as everyday training. Hard wearing and very easy to wear.

very easy to shop rally, great selection of choices. And if you have to return , its made very easy package label allready included. It's my too go to shop for football boots, i only have about 10 pairs of Diadora ;-)

We started off with a slow start due to increase order demand. I contacted support and they were very helpful and apologetic. At the end tbey expedited the order and arrived very fast. As for the quality of the items, one of a kind. The good old Diadora from my childhood, outstanding design and craftsmanship. Thank you very much!

All items are well received and has a very easy return process. It’s difficult to find a physical shop where they sell Diadora in holland, still I have no problem buying their shoes thanks to excellent online shop and return policy.

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe Diadora. Purtroppo il primo paio è arrivato con un piccolo difetto, ma il servizio clienti è stato davvero efficiente: ho richiesto il reso e la procedura è stata semplice e veloce. Ho effettuato un nuovo acquisto e il secondo paio è arrivato in tempi rapidissimi, perfetto e conforme alle aspettative. Ottima esperienza e assistenza impeccabile. Acquisterò sicuramente di nuovo.

I was very pleased buying Diadora products through the website. The navigation is generally easy and I can reach the type of products I am looking for. I am already a fan of the brand, but it is nice the filters allow to narrow down according to usage, toe drop, and other technical features. The best part for me is the fulfillment and delivery speed. The courier has the order ready to go in less than 24 hours and I receive my order not long after that. Also every shipment has the return documents included in case I need to send anything back. Overall, very happy with the experience.
