Sono soddisfatto del servizio. Per quanto ho capito, l'abbigliamento e le calzature di questo marchio vestono piccolo, ma non ci sono problemi con i resi o i cambi.

This is not my first time purchasing via the website and I am pleased with the consistency of the speed, accuracy, and packaging. The shoes all arrived in excellent condition and the clothing was packed nicely. The courier they use makes the tracking easy and transparent. I will definitely use the website again for my next order.

Ho acquistato due paia di scarpe, entrambi nella misura 41, ma uno dei due è arrivato nella misura 40. Sulla confezione esterna il numero indicato era correttamente 41, mentre sull'etichetta della scarpa era riportato erroneamente il 40. Ho contattato l'assistenza chiedendo semplicemente di ricevere lo stesso paio di scarpe nella misura corretta, ma mi è stato risposto che, secondo le procedure Diadora, la sostituzione non è prevista e che dovrei effettuare il reso e successivamente acquistare nuovamente il prodotto. Comprendo che questa possa essere la procedura prevista per un normale cambio taglia, ma in questo caso non si tratta di una mia scelta o di un errore nell'acquisto: ho ordinato correttamente un 41 e ho ricevuto un 40 a causa di un errore nell'etichettatura del prodotto. Trovo quindi poco corretto che, pur riconoscendo l'errore, la soluzione comporti comunque un ulteriore disagio per il cliente: recarsi presso un punto di ritiro BRT, effettuare il reso, attendere il rimborso e poi procedere con un nuovo acquisto. In sostanza, l'errore è stato commesso da Diadora, ma le conseguenze pratiche e il disagio ricadono interamente sul cliente.

My Diadora Mezzofondo’s arrived within the business week of ordering, and I was able to break them in before racing in them the following tuesday and setting a pb and U20 Record at the meet! It was an easy to use website for purchasing, and the quality and “air” around the spikes was perfect.

The trainers arrived later than estimated. The quality of the shoes are poor, there are orange marks where the shoe fits to the sole, which I presume is adhesive. The show size is also small.
