The worst part was trying to reach someone in Customer Service to answer some questions. They didn’t answer two of my emails and then when my product arrived, and it was damaged on one shoe and large on the other, they didn’t reply to my request I couldn’t reach them by phone so I ended up sending the product back Request requesting for the shipping back to be credited back to me however, all I’m getting is an automated response from someone to take a picture of a package that has been sent So I provided them with the tracking number and the order number so they could understand it was in transit, but they still couldn’t understand because it sounds like a robot is just responding. So I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the package arrives in a timely manner I have tracking I put a note in the package and hopefully someone will read the note. Look at the shoe and then say oh yes, it is dented on the right shoe and oh yes, one size is bigger than the other. Oh yes, these were made in Vietnam not Italy like it said on the website. 🤣🤣🤣

Per me sono sempre state le scarpe migliori . Malissimo acquisto è stata perché dalla mail risultava uno sconto e se presume che include Iva. Poi la spedizione che per il prezzo alto è sempre stata gratis invece pagato. Delusione. Ho fatto un reso subito di scarpe che avevo effettuato il pagamento con karma e ancora non mi è stato rimborsato l'importo di 53.33€ . Mi auguro che venga rimborsato al più presto.

Actually it was very difficult but I’m very pleased with the shoes. We did all the necessary steps to get a free shipping code but it wouldn’t take it at the end. My husband made a few calls and talked to. a couples people who were very professional but still the experience was not near as easy as it should have been.

I LOVE Diadora shoes. I have very high arches and it’s hard to find comfortable walking shoes. I used to wear Brooks but Diadora has become my favorite brand now.

Prodotto di ottima qualità, molto ricercato nei particolari e con packaging accuratissimo (i lacci dei pantaloni erano protetti con un involucro di plastica e la zip della giacca era incartata). Spedizione velocissima (3 gg. dall'ordine).
