I’m not a first time user. I find the return process a bit uncomfortable. Couldn’t submit a return and time is passing to have some assistance It’s worth have a look at this procedure

L'expérience du site et de l'achat a été très bonne et fluide. Une seule décption, une des baskets a un défaut de fabrication sur le pied droit, ce qui la rend inconfortable.

I have ordered tennis polo t shirt and skirt for my daughter. The same size for both but the skirt will be too big for here for next 3-4 years. The mismatch in sizes is huge. The items are of very good quality.

I sent two emails to customer support to inquire about a size since it wasn’t listed I didn’t get an answer I ordered it and it was too small so I had to return and order the next size up. What I really like is that you send a return slip with the order that’s so helpful

les frais d envoi sont énormes 10.50 e mais le pire c est que j ai reçu une paire de baskets rose alors que j ai commandé du camel je ne les ai pas renvoyé car il fallait encore payer et le remboursement est très lent ..pour commander chez diadora il faut être sur de soi

I think Diadora's communication is it's biggest issue. I called customer service over the phone and I had a representative tell me they could not even help with my online order without even looking it up. The customer service through email was better but confusing sometimes. I had got 3 emails about the same return with different responses. One said my return could not be refunded, one said my return was being refunded, and another said they were still waiting on my return. Also, I understand Diadora uses reference numbers but they should also include the order number in their email. Thankfully, Diadora has fixed every issue so far.

Good day , i ha e been ordering your shoes for 2 yrs now and this is first time I have anything negative to say , I love your product , I had bad feet 2 yrs ago and bought my fist pair of diadora s and my feet were back to normal in just a few short weeks , I were a size 10 and wear V7000 , but this time the new ones I just got last week fit like a size 9 . I still love the product and will order more but disappointed in QC I feel it got mislabeled. I would like to hear back from yous . If calling if better 1 403 506 3404

La compra fue sencilla, sin embargo el seguimiento posterior fue imposible. Todos los números telefónicos publicados en el portal para servicio al cliente están desconectados, tanto de México como de Estados Unidos.

I really love my new tracksuit. My only issue is the stitching on one side of the pants has begun to come out. I didn’t bother to return them, as they were low on inventory.

Bestellen is makkelijk en artikel word snel geleverd. Retourzending is makkelijk om te doen. Jammer als er iets aan korting staat en je wilt ruilen dat dit niet mogelijk is. Moet je steeds meerdere maten bestellen wil je zeker zijn van je korting.
