The customer service team was excellent. Flow up on calls and clear explanations. The website was not always clear in understanding the product if you wer looking for something particular. Delivery team was very polite in England. I would highly recommend product. Arrived in very good shape. I like the product and it is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you

Die Abwicklung von meiner Bestellung hat sehr gut geklappt. Leider von der Qualität meiner Bestellung, ein verstellbarer Couchtisch Lucas, bin sehr sehr enttäuscht. Für 1300 EUR habe ich eine kratzfeste Beschichtung erwartet und von Anfang an sind wir sehr vorsichtig umgegangen. Sogar vom Ablegen der Fernbedienung sind jetzt nach zwei Monaten ganz viele kleine feine Kratzer entstanden und das darf eigentlich nicht sein. Ich traue mich gar nicht die Gläser ohne drunter was zu legen abzustellen, weil ich der Meinung bin, dass die Kratzer auch daher kommen. Ich würde den Tisch in dieser Ausführung nicht empfehlen.

Esperienza veramente positiva. Unico piccolo “neo”: a volte le immagini dei prodotti del sito mostrano colori o varianti non più disponibili in catalogo, peccato.

Très bon achat correspondant parfaitement à mes attente. Même si la qualité est indéniable, le prix n'en reste pas moins un peu élevé. Enfin, service "clientèle" au top ! Avant mon achat (meuble TV SHOW), j'ai eu plusieurs contacts par mail avec ce dernier afin d'avoir différents renseignements sur le produit. Les réponses ont toujours été rapides et précises et en français. Même sérieux pour la livraison faite par une personne qui parle votre langue et qui s'est montré très coopérative pour l'examen du colis. En conclusion que du positif.

Pessimo. Ordinato un mobile da bagno su misura per inserire lavatrice e asciugatrice, giunto dopo mesi. Allo scarico in una villetta piano terra fuori al cancello l’autista mi dice che devo scaricare io oppure lui mi aiuta dietro mancia. Ovviamente mi sono fatta aiutare dalla mia vicina e abbiamo scaricato. Al momento che andiamo a montarlo o meglio ad assemblarlo, Sono venuti due ragazzi che mi fanno restauri di mobili in casa, mancava la scheda di montaggio. Chiamo in azienda e mi rispondono che su i su misura non forniscono schede perché è semplice la cosa. Bene mancavano mezza ferramenta tra viti e staffe. Non consiglio affatto la diotti.

Société très sérieuse, service clientèle qui répond aux demandes même en langue étrangère rapidement et très aimablement. Meubles de qualité, les verres sont épais, les systèmes meuble qui pivotent sont de qualité, les finitions aussi, vraiment une qualité supérieure aux meubles basique, c'est pourquoi je recommande ainsi que l'emballage de chaque meuble très étudié avec di polystyrène moulé aux formes du meuble et une bonne protection: pas d'inquiétude sur le transport contrairement aux concurrents. Ce que j'attends la haute qualité pour des meubles durables. Ça à un coup mais ça s'explique. Parfois des photos supplémentaires avec toutes les couleurs, finitions serait bien et possibilité de zoomer /agrandir.
