I've had a great experience with Diotti - the wardrobe is absolutely beautiful and of high quality and the customer service by Mira was top-notch as well. The only thing I can "criticize" is the transport company as they didn't inform me about the exact time of delivery - I only knew the day which isn't ideal if there are many heavy parts to carry and you can't store them somewhere until you get help (fortunately there was enough room in the stairwell in my case but keep in mind that you should better ask them twice). Thankfully everything still worked out fine and the delivery man was very nice and helpful. All in all very highly recommended!
