Semplice e chiaro.

Il mobile è esteticamente bello ed i materiali buoni (molto buone cerniere, etc). Il montaggio è semplice. Migliorabile sul sito la scelta dei colori e materiali.

L'esperienza è stata in generale molto positiva. Durante l'ordine sono stata assistita in maniera efficace sia telefonicamente che via mail da personale preparato, gentile e disponibile, la spedizione è avvenuta tenendo conto delle esigenze che, essendo agosto, erano particolari, imballi abbastanza integri, prodotti di ottima qualità, belli e funzionali. Gli aspetti da migliorare, secondo il mio parere sono pochi: - pubblicizzerei il fatto che il sito propone delle soluzioni ma in realtà è possibile chiedere delle personalizzazioni molto utili per rendere l'oggetto davvero su misura; - farei in modo da avere un anteprima della composizione scelta, perché in certi momenti è difficile immaginare gli abbinamenti di colore o gli ingombri; - migliorerei le spiegazioni di montaggio, perché prendere alcune misure nel modo in cui sono esposte nei manuali è complicato, basterebbe poco per prendere altri riferimenti meno difficili, da patita del fai da te, tutto sommato sono riuscita a montare il tutto senza troppi problemi, ma ammetto che in alcuni casi è stato un po' difficile capire come procedere. Sicuramente in futuro, se avrò necessità di altri mobili, darò un'occhiata al sito per vedere cosa propone! :)

Il prodotto è ben fatto e rispecchia esattamente quello che volevo ricevere. Non dò cinque stelle solo perché la consegna è stata un po' lunghina e l'imballo poteva essere un po' più curato.

Emanuele was a pleasure to work with. Without his help, I would not have been able to order. He called me in NY several times, emailed swatches of fabric and helped guide me through options that would go well together. Even after delivery he has been helpful fixing a few things with the furniture. Service is excellent and products are beautiful. I was thrilled to find this website and to discover that you ship to the USA. Saved me a LOT of money as well than buying from a showroom here.

Ordered a basin/cupboard/mirror set for a cloakroom in the UK, as it was so much more stylish than anything I could find in the UK. The website is superb with a lot of information, and when I had a couple of questions, they were answered immediately by online chat assistance and emails. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and their English was excellent. I was a little nervous about the delivery of such fragile items, but they arrived within the timescale and very well packaged. Now installed, the combination is stunning. I can highly recommend this Company and will definitely use them again;
