Sehr gute, deutschsprachige Beratung. Problemlose Anpassung des Bestellumfanges und entsprechende Korrektur von Auftrag/Rechnung. Insgesamt reibungslose, termingerechte Lieferung mit Spedition an unsere Bordsteinkante. Für noch mehr Begeisterung bei den deutschsprachigen Kunden wäre eine bessere Übersetzung der Katalogbeschreibungen wünschenswert. Google Translater ist manchmal nicht genug!

The product is lovely. The shipping was terrible. Even though I was given a delivery date, nobody arrived and I had no telephone call from the delivery company explain why they had not arrived either so I waited at my house all afternoon and nothing. Diotti should sack their delivery company and employ someone professional. The shipping company service was appalling. I had to phone them to ask what had happened and then nobody called me back to apologise or explain what went wrong. Who has the time to wait at their house for two days and then have no one to help them ship their bed up to their bedroom.

Tutto ha funzionato bene. L’unico punto negativo : i tempi di consegna molto lunghi

Gentile Cliente, grazie per la sua segnalazione. Il suo tavolo ha avuto tempi di produzione standard, in linea con i tempi dichiarati sul portale. Il termine di produzione il giorno 31 luglio, e l'ordine è stato consegnato il giorno 4 settembre, in linea con i tempi di 1 settimana lavorativa per la consegna con corriere specializzato. Nel suo caso specifico (come molti altri ogni anno), ecco che c'è stato un prolungamento dei tempi legato alla chiusura delle aziende di logistica specializzata (questo avviene ad agosto per 3-4 settimane e durante le festività natalizie per 2 settimane). Siamo quindi dispiaciuti per la sua percezione di "tempi molto lunghi" ma in questo caso specifico sono stati perfettamente in linea con quanto presentato in fase di acquisto. Ci auguriamo di poterla servire nuovamente in futuro.
