Produit de bonne qualité. Livraison effectuée mais sans être prévenu !! Le produit a été laissé à un voisin. Pas très normal. Le client doit être prévenu pour convenir d'un rendez-vous.

Ho ordinato un divano-letto e devo dire che ne sono stato molto soddisfatto. Tutto eccellente; materiali ottimi, design originale esattamente come da mie indicazioni, tempi di consegna rispettati perfettamente e servizio clienti (Francesca eccezionale ma anche gli altri bravissimi) stupefacente. Comprerò sicuramente ancora da ArredaClick

Malgré que le produit commandé n'était plus fabriqué, et malgré que le délai de fabrication ai été plus long que prévu, je suis extrêmement satisfait du résultat grâce à la prise en compte par le service client, des problèmes rencontrés.

il team è molto professionale e cortese. L'unica pecca è che non potendo vedere i mobili in anticipo è molto difficile rendersi conto dell'effetto finale. I mobili acquistati sono comunque di ottima fattura.

I have been satisfied with the shopping experience at ArredaClick itself, however the quality of the delivered product has not been as good as expected. I purchased a sofa bed and have not been 100% satisfied with the quality of the mattress supplied. Also the surface of the sofa bed (when it is opened into a bed) is not very flat, with a clear prolapse of the mattress in the center of the bed (in my lumbar area), which means the sleeping position is not ideal. Also additional attention should be paid to the production details of the sofa bed - the band attached to the chaise storage box intended to help closing the box came apart on the third time using it.
