The experience has been weirdly contradictory - I bought two wallets: the leather quality in both is exceptional and the delivery is fast. However, the metal bill-clip in one of the wallets wasn't good enough. So, for the last couple of weeks, I have been trying to send the item back... And that part is not easy or cheap. Seems like this part of the service is done by hand and nothing is authomated... Weird

Purtroppo il prodotto ordinato è arrivato con all'interno un bel "pezzo di legno", ovviamente Voi non avete nessuna responsabilità. Sicuramente è stato aperto e richiuso da un corriere disonesto. Grazie comunque.
