The communication from Eredi Jovon was wonderful! Over 3 Orders, I purchased 6 items. They were all beautiful and the packaging and items that came with them we so lux. The shipping was so fast considering it was coming from Italy to the U.S. I would definitely order from them again!

La spedizione è stata rapida e facile da tracciare. Poiché si trata di un regalo, non posso ancora fare una valutazione sul prodotto in sé, aggiornerò la recensione appena possibile.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful and feels very well made. You can tell there’s real quality and care behind it. The communication from the store was excellent—everything was clear, professional, and timely, which made the whole experience even better. The packaging from the store itself was gorgeous and thoughtfully done, and it really added to the overall presentation. The only issue I had was with the outer shipping box, which arrived with a large hole in it. Thankfully, everything inside was secure and undamaged, but that part of the delivery was disappointing. Overall, I would definitely purchase from this store again. The quality, service, and presentation were all outstanding.

I did a lot of research before choosing this company because I needed a jeweler who could recreate a cameo ring my mom owns — all without seeing the original in person. When I found their website, with so many beautiful cameos and such clear craftsmanship, I felt confident that if anyone could do it, they could. I’ve never ordered something like this online before, and since I live in the U.S. and the company is in Italy, I was a little apprehensive. But I really needed to have the ring made, so I decided to move forward. The ring arrived quickly, and it was exactly as I had described. In fact, the quality exceeded my expectations. I reached out to Eredi Jovon to commission a custom cameo locket. After a few weeks of careful craftsmanship the piece arrived quickly once shipped (and I'm in another country). I'm still amazed at the detail and quality! I hope that everyone looking for a future family heirloom piece would be as blessed as me to have such a well cared for and created peice.

Excellent service as usual. The earrings were exactly as described. Delivery to the US was very quick. Just wish I could get back to Venice to shop in person!!
