It was a really pleasant experience to have found your store on the Rialto Bridge after reading about it. We were introduced by one brother who showed great pride in his artistry of the coral articles and jewelry produced by himself and brother and to learn of the history behind the family business. I found the coral branch pendant that I had seen and enjoy it in its natural form wearing it on a cord. We were also given the history of how they dive for there own coral to carve into beautiful cameos! We felt like we had known each other forever when leaving and each making purchases with no pressure. I love authentic family businesses and this one is one to seek out.

Most pleased with the article purchased but more importantly the courtesy and friendly reception received -- more like a family relative. Recommend it to everyone on their visit to Venice. Merchant review would be the highest number. I give Eredi Jovon a 5 plus. I have given my reviews and don't understand why it cannot be accepted. I give it an excellent rating.

This was my first time buying from them. I did my purchase online, since they have very good pictures and descriptions of every product. The purchase process was simple and I didn't have any problems with the payment processing. I received the product very fast considering, it was sent with a reliable carrier with a tracking number. I bought a cameo in a pendand with brooch made of silver. The work is gorgeus and made with high quality materials. I receive compliments all the time I wear this jewelry. I highly recommend this store and will definetely make more purchases in the future.

Very friendly personal service, I would visit this shop again. We were advised against buying the product we went into the shop for and bought a very similar piece made by the owners family, in Italy rather than a mass produced piece probably made in China. So we feel we have something much better and it was cheaper too.

I found this Co. extremely helpful and patient! We had travelled to Italy and 6 mos later my daughter was going away to University and I wanted to give her something that would would make her happy whenever she looked at it! (Her first time living away from home). She had seen a beautiful cameo ring at the jewellery shop, but we did not purchase it. I e-mailed ErediJovan and described the ring we had viewed. It has been sold, but their multiple responses with items that were similar, gave me many options. They could have just said the original item was no longer available and been done. They investigated with my description of the ring, and we found something my daughter loved! She wears it daily, and it takes her to a happy place when school work gets overwhelming and being away from home seems sad! The purchase and delivery process was easy and prompt! The entire experience was simple. I am not an online shopper or even a great computer user....if I could do this the ordering and payment process must be easy to navigate! Thank you again for helping me to keep my daughter happy and with something she can give to one of her kids someday!
