The customer service was excellent. They helped me find exactly what I wanted. I was in a hurry so I didn't stay long. I enjoyed hearing a quick history of the shop. My experience was perfect.

I was in Venice a year and half ago, and was looking at buying a Pandora charm. The charm I wanted to buy was out of stock. I paid for the charm and they sent emails to say it had been sent to me in Australia. On arrival I sent an email to say the charm had arrived. Service in the shop and the delivery was excellent.

Excellent service. My friend and I presented a picture to Marco of a painting that we saw in a church in Italy. He made a sketch for our approval within a day and was able to capture its essence completely. He, his brother and uncle listened very intently to what we were looking for and we very pleased with the result. We also purchased other items from them and with each item there was a story. EXCELLANT customer service. Thank you.

One of my favorite memories of Italy was my visit to Eredi Jovon. Everyone we spoke with was kind (and patient with my limited Italian!) and knowledgeable about their craft. The jewelry was exquisite and the prices reasonable. Even with my limited budget i found a lovely cameo ring to spoil myself with on my 50th birthday. The Jovon family and their wonderful shop represent the best of Italian warmth, kindness and incredible artistry. I can't wait for my next visit!

Eredi Jovan represents the highest quality cameos I have ever seen. Also their amazing knowledge on the history and craftsmanship involved is unsurpassed. I have purchased many pieces and have had some custom made and they will be family treasures long after I am gone. Truly some of the finest artists you will find anywhere in Venice.

The sons of the "Founder" could not possibly carry on her hospitality and quality any better! They are delightful -- as is their mother! -- and this is where I shall forever do my business in Venice! I truly trust them -- and if I ever find out I can't trust them, well. . . . Heh, my Italian-American background is Sicilian!!!

I had read about Eredi Jovon Jewelry in a guide and was interested in getting myself a pendant on my next business trip to Italy. I am very happy with the service I received - they took the time to explain the process for making the different pieces. I was interested in a new cameo, rather than a vintage piece. And I have blue eyes - so wanted something blue with a floral design. They had several wonderful pieces - it was hard to decide which to select. But I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all about making my selection. And I am so pleased with my purchases - I bought a blue floral cameo and earrings to match. I also purchased a pandora pendant while there as well. I have received so many compliments when I wear my cameo and earrings. What I purchased will surely become a family heirloom that I can pass down to my daughter. I will visit again on my next business trip to buy gifts for friends. This little shop is a jewel in an era where mass produced, cheap souvenirs often made in Asia are the norm.

He is absolutely THE BEST!!!!! He made a personalized cameo of my three babies and it could not be any more PERFECT!!! It was so good that I had him make 2 more cameos of me for my daughters. This is something they can cherish forever! I will continue to do business with him in the future! You will not find anyone better!!!
