I wanted to order a Guess boots to Croatia, but Croatia was not on the list of shipping countries. After a phone call to Fantasy Calzature and conversation with Stefano, within minutes, he added Croatia to the list and made my order possible. We continue conversation over whatsapp and he even sent me a message when they received my payment (on Sunday). DHL sent me messages about shipment status and the day/time of delivery. My order has been shipped on 2nd January and I received it today – it took just 2 days (I also got a gift)! Boots are in perfect condition, Guess original. All in all, Fantasy Calzature showed a high level of professionalism and customer care. I highly recommend them! Grazie mille Stefano!
