This is my experience two weeks after using the product. I bought a Dell Precision 5530. The packaging was perfect at first sight; however, after opening the package, the monitor was full of dust. The product was exactly what I had ordered; I have not found any hardware errors in the laptop, and it works well. The only problem is the battery of the laptop, which is in poor condition, and sometimes after turning on the system, it discharges to zero in a second. The battery's health was 54%, and the level of the battery in the bios information has been mentioned as "good" . Except for the need to replace the battery with a new one, the product is satisfactory.
