A few points: the fixing hardware included is meant to suit different wall types, but depending on the wall material, stronger anchors/bolts may be required (as many customers prefer). If the rails don’t align correctly or you see gaps, that’s not how it should be — we can check for assembly alignment or a part issue. Regarding airflow: the fan-assisted ventilation is designed to improve drying, but load distribution and distance between garments matters. If you share a couple of photos (or a short video) of the installed unit and how it’s loaded, we’ll guide you step-by-step and, if needed, arrange replacement parts so your Foxydry Pro for Walls wall-mounted drying rack performs as intended.
