very prompt delivery of product thank you. Not sure of the sturdiness of the bars, hoping they dont sag over time with the weight of damp clothes on them. otherwise delighted.

This is a really well designed piece of equipment. The designer actually understood what was needed in a dryer. The electric raising and lowering takes all the effort away. It is an inspired piece of design and engineering. So many visitors have asked for the website so hopefully they have also bought a FoxyDry

The product works great and looks great, but it came with a few dents on the paint finish. Not sure if this is common but for the price paid I was expecting it to be mint. Still, the dents are negligible and otherwise unnoticeable so I would still highly recommend the product.

We purchased the simple wall-mounted version. Very high quality, as stated. The aluminum is discreet, it saves floor space, the rack can take quite a bit of clothes and it is quite wonderful to NOT have something on the floor. Well worth the money compared to cheaper options.

My Foxdry arrived on time, but one week after fitting and using only a couple of times, it completely stopped working. On calling customer service, they were insistent that it was the way it was wired in and not a faulty product. After paying for an electrician to check, it was still not working. Eventually after emails and sending pictures they admitted there was a fault and sent a new part. It has been working since this was fitted, but poor customer service generally
