Mi sono trovata bene. Spedizione veloce e puntuale. La ricerca sul sito secondo me andrebbe migliorata: ho fatto molta fatica a trovare gli articoli che cercavo... ma alla fine ce l'ho fatta! ;)

Pacco ben fatto, articoli ben imballati, nella propria busta di nylon, misure perfette, unica cosa che pensavo di aver preso una tuta pesante, invece è in cotone leggero.

purtroppo ho dovuto restituire il prodotto perchè nonostante fosse la taglia che ordino sempre (xs), per via della tipologia del tessuto (credo) era più che abbondante ..tuttavia celeri e disponibili con il reso!

Clothing very good quality and size is just right. I will definitely order more of the cotton pieces as I suffer from exzma and cannot wear polyester.

I do enjoy shopping online at Freddy's they have a really good selection of jeans to suit everyone and I haven't really had any quality issues with their products, but I had to knock 2 stars because trying to get through to someone when I need help in regards to an order I placed or returned is difficult. Firstly nobody answers the chat or when you call them at the store which can get a bit annoying. Also with the returns process you are asked to print out your own returns label and that annoys me, why can't they just do what everyone else does and print a label off and put it in with the order?? Not all of us have a printer at hand at home!!! So I have to find a printer and get a print out before I can send a parcel back, that's long!!!! on a plus side they do have a pick up service from the courier company they use so you don't have to go out to post the item back which is handy. I feel like there are a few things that they can improve on but overall not a bad experience.

Le taglie rispetto a tempo fa vestono meno fate attenzione la vecchia M per me ora è una L ho confrontato la taglia con lo stesso modello di alcuni anni fa.
