I ordered boots from Garmont because I have used their product for years and I trust the brand. This time, I decided to pay extra for express shipping which promised to deliver my package within 2 days. After a week without a confirmation email that my boots had even been shipped, I contacted customer service, justifiably upset with the situation. Sales manager Kyle not only did a fantastic job of explaining why my shipment had been delayed (evidently, the product I ordered was out of stock), but he offered to substitute the boots I ordered with a more premium product at no extra cost and refunded me the shipping fee. Overall, I've been incredibly satisfied with my decision to shop at Garmont. Thanks Kyle, you're the best!

Everything was pretty basic. Garmont is popular enough where things go out of stock pretty often. However, it seems like they restock product fast. What really surprised me was the 'no free returns' especially with online footwear purchases.

The C.S. Person was very helpful in me placing my order. My granddaughter has not received her boots although the order shows pkg Received at her base. and she has now left for another location so what now happens with the boots that she has not received? I was told that they will be returned, but how will I be notified that they have been returned to Garmin?

Experience was fantastic. It was in the market to find a women's size 11 wide Army boot and have it shipped to my daughters basic training location. Ordering boots and having to a non-standard address is confusing. I called and spoke to someone who was able to help, fill out the address, order the boots I needed, and paid right there on the phone. Made the transaction so simple. Was grateful. Daughter has the boots now and is wearing them and she loves them.

These boots are great, solid, and firm. Takes a little bit to break in and the insole is not that great. Overall they are pretty good, but I was expecting a better cushion material.

It's been three weeks since I bought the shoes, the very same day I received them I sent a request to return them or change them because I made a mistake with the size, I haven't received a response since then. I think this is very poor customer service, I'm very disappointed in that part of the experience.
