I purchased the Nemesis 6 G-Dry boots, and they are phenomenal. I did have a slight issue with clicking in the left boot sole. The customer service representative resolved the issue immediately and replaced the boots. I WILL BE BUYING ANOTHER SET OF BOOTS SHORTLY!

I cannot say how much I love my T8 Defense boots. I got back from BCT to start ROTC, and my Army Issued boots still hurt my feet, but I got these ones, and it felt like I was wearing a slipper. I did a ruck a few days ago in fact; no blisters and absolute foot comfort. These boots are unquestionably worth the price.

Everything about Garmont is quality and it's the same when dealing with their customer service. I had to make a return for the another size and they were very helpful and efficient throughout the process.

Ordered 1st pair of boots but ended up not being the correct size, tried to send back but website was not operating correctly. Started working with customer service to correct the issue but when I sent the required information for corrected service even with email prompts customer service continued not to respond with return instructions so now I am stuck with $190.00 Boots that do not fit. I will mention the 2nd set of boots I purchased (while waiting to return first set) I absolutely love...hoping there is a way to remedy the issue would like to continue to use garmont for me and my families boot orders.

Boots arrived on time as ordered

Boots were too narrow (I ordered a wide) and long, sizing is not reflective of Brannock size. I returned the boots, at 12% of the cost of the order for return shipping. Garmont received the boots 08/18 but I have not received a refund (it's been 7 business days). After paying for shipping and sales tax I am out 123% the cost of the boots and I have nothing for it.

While a Brannock device provides an excellent two-dimensional measurement (length and width), a boot's fit is three-dimensional, determined by the "last"—the unique foot-shaped form it's built on. Factors like foot volume and instep height play a crucial role, and the specific shape of a last can vary significantly between styles, even within the same "wide" sizing. We regret that this particular model was not the right shape for your foot. In regard to the return shipping, our goal is to offer our boots at the most competitive price possible. To achieve this, we do not build the cost of potential returns into our product prices, as doing so would increase the overall price for all customers.
