Cool design and decent quality (at least the exterior); LEDs could've been better arranged/designed (the light pattern - on the walls or in my peripheral vision - bothers my eyes); BUT most importantly it failed to inflate the Flextail R05 mattress enough (pretty much inflated in 70 seconds, then struggling for up to 120 seconds with no difference in firmness). I specifically got this because it was supposed to be 50% more powerful/efficient then their famous Zero pump, which is actually mediocre (useless to me). Every youtube review said the Zero pump is over-rated and inefective (yes, it might be the smallest & lightest - they advertise the weight without the battery), BUT it doesn't fully inflate a mat, and you still need to blow in it (which defies the whole purpose of buying one of these pumps). So, since the Zero is useless, it doesn't exist in my book. I got this instead, thinking it'd be better (2x KPA and 2.5x FLOW), but it doesn't live up to its advertising: 50% more efficient (50% less useless, I kind of agree...) If anything, it barely gets the job done (so if this is struggling, the Zero really must be a waste of money). After letting the pump struggle to inflate the mattress for over 2 minutes, it still wasn't firm enough to my liking (could easily fold it in half), and when laying/turning on it I could hit the ground with my elbows or knees. I'm not willing to carry around a larger pump than this (from a different brand), so I'll just have to get used to using the inflation-sacks provided with the other brands, which takes about the same time to inflate and you can actually inflate a mat properly. Maybe the pump is faulty, but this has been my experience (only got it on sale - 30% OFF, and will re-sell it).
