Very happy with the product and the delivery. Everything was very good quality and made perfect corporate Christmas Gifts. The only reason that I give HiGift a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review is that the ordering process is more complicated than it should be. If they could streamline that process it would be a 5 star experience.

Great, but a bit slow support (it took a week or two to correct and reorder). The quality of the prints on the mugs was not as great as expected. A bit blurry, especially noticeable with text, where the lines are not sharp. I've followed the recommended resolution described on the website.
