On the whole, I am very satisfied with my shopping experience. I liked the fact that when I contacted you on WhatsApp, I got a reply pretty fast. Whoever replied answered all my questions and was helpful. I also liked the fact that I could order just 1 item from the product I was after. I would have liked it more if the fixed surcharge was not so expensive. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't use the welcome gift because I didn't spend €100.

Nach anfänglichen kleinen Unstimmigkeiten, hat am Ende doch alles geklappt!! Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation, fühlte mich nicht allein gelassen. WhatsAppfunktiin hat klasse geklappt. Würde auf jeden Fall hier wieder bestellen.

Great experience! Fast response to my questions via email, shipping happened earlier than promised and the product (sunglasses with my own custom text) looked better than I dared to imagine. An infinitesimally small minus was that when reviewing the design of the glasses, the text displayed on the glasses looked clearly smaller than the dimensions of the design states. Luckily, the size of text on the real glasses matched the promised dimensions. I ordered 40x of these glasses for my birthday party and they really lifted the spirits and helped to break the ice when everyone was wearing them while having fun and getting to know each other.
